This seems to be difficult for most players so here you go:
Recruit Spend Initial Build
Then may level and spend new build
*** Initial Build MUST be spent before any leveling.

OK, had questions, but just realized you've released a codacil on the website. I'll go check that out first!

Great to know more about Leadership from the Codicil!
Let me know if you can answer these questions or if they are FOIG:
Between race, religion, and traits I anticipate that it could be difficult to build a team of minions who want to work with the player and want to work together. What happens if I only choose 1 minion from the pool that I'm given to choose from? At the next logistics am I handed another pool of new minions to choose from?
You mention that raising a minion's level by one also increases their attention by one.
You write, "For each logistics you do not Hire, Spend Time With, Gain Loyalty, or Consult your minion, they will lose one Attention." Should raising a minion's level by one be added to that list (above) of Leadership Tasks that do not lower your minion's attention?
So if I'm adventuring, and end up a month's journey from my minions, I won't be able to Spend Time With, Gain Loyalty, or Consult with my minions due to how far away I am, right? But I assume I can still level them up. Or does that, also, require my physical presence at whatever location the minion is at?
I assume I could potentially recruit minions to follow me in my travels, right? And when LARP events happen, they are npcs that are out of sight, out of mind for the most part?
Does Gather Resources - Farmer include harvesting fruit, nuts, and edibles in the wilds? Or is that the Survival skill or neither? Can a minion with Ranged Weapon and Survival hunt and gather resources of meat?
It sounds like Leadership is best used when one has an estate - a home or place of business in one location. Which, of course, requires resources to rent or purchase, or one needs to build it.
Could the Leadership skill be used to gain allies instead of minions? I had envisioned gaining the loyalty of people who potentially have a job or a business and are not just destitute "out-of-work hirelings". For example, Bolo could potentially find a like-minded tavern keeper who chooses to "become" tasjni or align with Pelryn. Or someone else who allies with Bolo towards a common purpose (such as a revolution!). That ally who is in alignment with Bolo's "cause" or purpose, may share resources or crafts with Bolo and the cause. Is this a potential use of the Leadership skill or is what I'm describing simply in-game roleplay and between-game actions with non-minions?
If I have level 6 in Leadership and recruit a minion and train him up to level 5, for example, in Leadership, I assume all the stated rules apply for that level 5 Leadership minion: he has a Leadership Pool of 5, he can recruit up to 5 minions, and for every Logistics I need to spell out what every minion under every Leadership minion is doing? Or is there a quicker simpler system for tracking what minions with Leadership can do and how their minions are responding (gaining or losing Attention, etc.)?
If I have a minion who has Leadership skill - can I swap potential recruits from my player's pool with my minion's pool? Or does each minion with Leadership have exclusive right to their specific pool of potential recruits?

You will be sent a new pool at every logistics, correct.
"Should raising a minion's level by one be added to that list (above) of Leadership Tasks that do not lower your minion's attention?"
Yes, it should.
So if I'm adventuring, and end up a month's journey from my minions, I won't be able to Spend Time With, Gain Loyalty, or Consult with my minions due to how far away I am, right? But I assume I can still level them up. Or does that, also, require my physical presence at whatever location the minion is at? Correct, you will not. You also cannot level them as you are essentially finding them the resources and encouragement to level them. It is also a FOIG and if you will get the resources from them and that is a situation by situation basis.
I assume I could potentially recruit minions to follow me in my travels, right? And when LARP events happen, they are npcs that are out of sight, out of mind for the most part? Yes, you could. And correct, out of sight, out of mind when at events.
Does Gather Resources - Farmer include harvesting fruit, nuts, and edibles in the wilds? Or is that the Survival skill or neither?
Can a minion with Ranged Weapon and Survival hunt and gather resources of meat? That is a Survival skill. Minion with a Ranged Weapon cannot hunt without a survival skill and a farmer cannot find anything in the wilds, those are both Survivalist Skill traits.
Could the Leadership skill be used to gain allies instead of minions? I had envisioned gaining the loyalty of people who potentially have a job or a business and are not just destitute "out-of-work hirelings". FOIG.

Or is there a quicker simpler system for tracking what minions with Leadership can do and how their minions are responding (gaining or losing Attention, etc.)? Nope. As it is the minion's skill, it will be the minions the decides on who it recruits. But that territory is also a bit of FOIG as there is many factors.
If I have a minion who has Leadership skill - can I swap potential recruits from my player's pool with my minion's pool? Or does each minion with Leadership have exclusive right to their specific pool of potential recruits? Nope. Anyone who would be under your leadership won't be comfortable being under your minion's and vice versa. Each minion with Leadership will have their own pool of potential recruits.

That is a Survival skill. Minion with a Ranged Weapon cannot hunt without a survival skill and a farmer cannot find anything in the wilds, those are both Survivalist Skill traits.
As we have changed this I wanted to make it clear here as well. Farmer can indeed find fruits, nuts, and edibles without farms. However, if Minions are traveling with you, they will get no production until they are relocated.

In the Codacil, under Leadership Tasks, it lists the LP cost of doing tasks, such as raising a minion's level by one. However, there is no LP cost listed for "Consult Minion". Is that a typo?

Yes, it is suppose to be 1 LP.
